About
Ron is the Lead Singer for Wildside, and he brings powerful vocals to the band. Ron is a true Rock Star" vocalist, he even bears a slight resemblance to vocalists Robert Plant and/or David Coverdale (things that make you go hmmm...). Ron also loves to jam on guitar and drums. His biggest influences are Rob Halford, Lou Gramm and Ronnie James Dio. Some of his favorite bands right now are Nevermore, Iced Earth and Symphony X. In addition to Wildside, Ron is the lead singer for the all original European metal band Easy Rider. Previous projects have included Mace and Mad Jack. He has always loved music, but after seeing a few rock concerts as a young lad, he was totally bit by the music bug. In his spare time, Ron likes to take in a movie, play video games and spend time outdoors.
Lee holds down the low end for Wildside, rocking the bass like no one's business. On stage, Lee sets the sonic foundation in true rock bassist fashion. Off stage, just like a rock bass player, Lee focuses on being vewy vewy qwiet. Lee's gear includes an '01 Gibson Thunderbird IV, '78 Fender Precision, and two 80's era Guild Pilots. His sound is powered by a vintage 80's Gallien-Krueger head running through several speaker cabinets. His main influences are Geddy Lee, Steve Harris, John McVie, Neil Peart and Scott Rockenfield. Other bands he's played with include Cheater, Ivy Stone and Soul Shaker. One of his favorite pastimes is scuba diving and underwater photography; you should see the pictures. Perhaps Lee will post a few for you. Lee is also an accomplished wood worker. When you say hi to Lee, make sure you look up...don't be afraid...he won't step on you.
